Mass Effect: Andromeda is an action role-playing game in which the player takes control of either Scott or Sara Ryder from a third-person perspective.[1] Both Ryders' appearances and first names can be determined by the player. The appearance of their father, Alec, is automatically adjusted based on the appearance of the Ryder twins.Upon beating the game, a New Game+ is unlocked, which allows the player to restart the game with certain bonuses and switch to playing as the other Ryder, if desired.Players can also choose to continue playing with their existing character and complete unfinished missions.

2.Horizon Zero Dawn

The game is set about one thousand years in the future in a world where humans have regressed to primitive tribal societies as a result of some unknown calamity that destroyed human civilization. Their technologically advanced predecessors are vaguely remembered as the “Old Ones”. Large robotic creatures known simply as “machines” now dominate the Earth. For the most part they peacefully coexist with humans, who occasionally hunt them for parts. However, a recent phenomenon known as the “Derangement” has caused machines to become more aggressive towards humans, and larger and deadlier machines have begun to appear.[17]

There are three tribes that feature prominently in the game: the Nora, the Carja, and the Oseram. The Nora are fierce hunter-gatherers who live in the mountains and worship nature as the “All-Mother.” The Carja are desert-dwelling city builders who worship the Sun. The Oseram are tinkerers known for their metalworking, brewing, and arguing; they also serve as mercenaries.

The story follows Ethan Winters as he searches for his wife Mia, which leads him to a derelict plantation inhabited by the Baker family. Ethan makes use of weapons and tools in the fight against the Baker family and creatures known as the "Molded". Healing items are used in the event of injury and there are puzzles that may be solved to further the story. Instead of being action-oriented, the survival horror element present in earlier installments took priority. Thus, the game uses a first-person perspective. It is the first commercially released game developed in the RE Engine.

TOP 10 BEST GAMES OF 2016

Looking for best game to play? Subscribe my channels and this video here are The best top 10 video games in 2016.

10. Cuphead

- Chad and Jared Moldehauer’s Cuphead, a ridiculously awesome-looking platformer in the style of 1930s cartoons. Cuphead not only looks great visually, but the gameplay also looks incredibly fun. Undoubtedly, Cuphead is going to be one of the best new indie games of 2016.

9. The Last Guardian

- It’s official: The Last Guardian is still on the way, and is expected to be released at some point in 2016. Hopefully, this game will live up to all of the hype. Gameplay was debuted at E3 2015, and aside from the little boy’s annoying call to his friendly beast, it was awe-inspiring.

8. Street Fighter V

- Although we’re a little sour that Street Fighter V isn’t coming to Xbox One, we are still excited for the next iteration of our favorite fighting game franchise. We were growing sick of the Ultra Super Turbo editions. We’ve wanted a SF5 for quite some time, and Street Fighter 5 is sure to be one of the most anticipated upcoming games for many gamers around the globe.

7. Dead Island 2

- Dying Light must’ve had Dead Island 2 shaking in its boots, since shortly after the former released, the latter was delayed into 2016. Still, the original Dead Island was a solid idea that just wasn’t fully fleshed out. Dead Island 2 will hopefully be the fleshed out version. Dead Island didn’t make the cut as one of our best zombie games of all-time, but it’s still good, and a sequel will probably be great.

6. Tom Clancy’s The Division

- When it was first announced, we thought The Division was an MMO, but to our disappointment, we were wrong. Still, what we’ve seen from The Division so far has us excited. In The Division, a disease that spreads on Black Friday causes the collapse of the United States government in just five days, and the country quickly becomes a chaotic post apocalyptic free-for-all. You play the role of a classified unit of self-supported tactical agents, known as “The Division,” who has been tasked with doing whatever necessary to prevent the fall of society as we know it. The game can be played in its entirety or online, and has a PvP mode. Yeah, we’ll definitely be checking this out.

5. Dark Souls III

- It might actually be too soon for a new Dark Souls just yet, which is why Dark Souls 3 might not live up to the hype. But, FromSoftware has yet to steer us wrong, and the franchise’s predecessors were both GOTY material. Hopefully, FromSoftware don’t treat it like a cash grab and the game brings new mechanics.

4. Uncharted 4 - A Thief’s End

- Like many, we were disappointed with the news that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End wouldn’t see the light of 2015.  The upcoming action-adventure game will take place three years after Uncharted 3, with a retired Nathan Drake being needed by his older brother, Sam. The duo chase the conspiracy behind a long lost pirate colony and the treasure contained within. You can read more about the Uncharted 4 Collector’s Edition.

3. Ratchet & Clank Remastered

- The PS4 NEEDS Ratchet & Clank. Badly. And after seeing the recently released gameplay video for the upcoming PS4 game, we’re excited to see these two unlikely heroes find their way to the newest generation of consoles. It’s just one of the many upcoming PS4 exclusives of 2016 on this list.

2. Doom

- We all knew Bethesda was planning a new Doom, but it wasn’t until they showed Doom gameplay at E3 2015 that we actually became excited. The Doom gameplay trailer is quite impressive, and paired with the fact that we’ve loved every game in the series so far, Doom is worthy of being on our list of the most anticipated upcoming games of 2016.

1. ReCore

- ReCore was one of the 5 best-looking new IPs announced at E3 2015. It’s from Mega Man and Dead Rising creator Keiji Inafune. We don’t know much just yet about the title, but we know the man character is named Jewel, and her robot buddy is named Mack. Mack and Jewel find each other in the beginning of the game, and they try to help bring humanity back to the planet while a separate faction of robots tries to stop them. According to Inafune, “One of the big features of this game is that the scenery completely changes after a sandstorm, which actually affects the maps in the gameplay.”
